• Browser and Ext version numbers should be provided.
• First email should contain a valid theme license number.

Things to consider before asking for help:

• This kind of support is meant to be used for quick fixes when software does not work as described. We will not consider any feature requests.
• It would be great if you can provide a code sample reproducing the issue.
• Please check available documentation once more.
• Broadly described issues are likely not to be considered.
